Pangea 2026 Final Round & Award Ceremony
Congratulations to all our finalists! After evaluating thousands of entries from 100+ schools across Ireland, we are thrilled to announce the next stage of the competition.
How were Finalists selected? Our finalists represent the top mathematical talent in Ireland. Due to exceptionally high scores this year, we have expanded our finalist pool to include the top performers across each year group based on national benchmarks.
Reserve List: High-scoring students have been placed on a reserve list and may be invited pending venue capacity after the initial RSVP round.
Official invitations and RSVP forms will be sent to school coordinators shortly. Please ensure all finalists confirm their attendance by 30th April to secure their place.

SCHOOLS & SUCCESS STORIES
Gaelcholáiste Luimnigh enjoyed great success at the Pangea Maths Competition in 2018. The school was awarded the prize for the highest number of participants in Ireland, and a number of our students achieved top places across several year groups at the national finals held in Trinity College Dublin. This achievement reflects the strong enthusiasm for mathematics among our students and staff.

Four second year students reached the all Ireland finals of the Pangea mathematics competition. The finals were held in Trinity college Dublin followed by a presentation of certificates at an awards ceremony in Johnathan Swift theatre.
Ballinamore Community School
Its purpose is to promote and encourage mathematics in students in primary and secondary schools worldwide. Three of the children in 5th Class have been selected to attend the national final in Trinity College next Saturday. We extend our best wishes to our participating students!
